KGL FOUNDATION PAYS A VISIT TO SELL RESOUURCE CENTRE

On the 2nd May, 2023, the Project Manager of the KGL Foundation, Sarpei Nii Ankonu paid a monitoring visit to SELL to ascertain the progress of the project.

Equipment and Materials for learning and startup have been purchased to be distributed to the beneficiaries to be enrolled with 10 identified local skills training providers and centers.

In the coming weeks, the SELL Team will proceed to pay the training fees for beneficiaries to learn 5 skills and income generation ventures of their choice i.e Hairdressing, Poultry and Piggery, Sewing, and Weaving (Smock Weaving).

Under SLIP, 2 trainings on entrepreneurial and soft skills will also be conducted for the beneficiaries. A monthly follow-up with beneficiaries in training will be initiated, as well as, continuous engagement with key stakeholders.
